If you've ever had the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer at Bonefish Grill you already know how amazing this is. This recipe is incredibly easy to make and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound Medium Shrimp shelled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce Mae Ploy brand

  • 1-2 teaspoons Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste

  • 3/4 cup Potato Starch

  • 1 Egg White or ¼ Buttermilk

  • Lettuce or Cabbage

  • Scallions for garnish

GRILLED SPICY LIME SHRIMP WITH CREAMY AVOCADO CILANTRO SAUCE

This healthy shrimp recipe is super easy to make, especially for all of you grill masters out there. The secret is in the avocado sauce!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Juice of one large lime

  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Creamy Avocado Cilantro Sauce:

  • 1 avocado split and pitted

  • ½ cup low-fat greek yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

CREAMY MOZERELLA SHRIMP PASTA

What would a recipe roundup be without a pasta recipe? Be careful this pasta has some kick!

INGREDIENTS:

Pasta

  • 8 oz penne pasta (for gluten free, use gluten free brown rice pasta)

Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (drained from sun-dried tomatoes jar or just use regular olive oil)

  • 1 pound shrimp, without shells, and deveined

  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Sauce

  • 1 small jar (3-4 oz) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, or use 3-4 oz oil-free sun dried tomatoes

  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup half and half

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (never frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon basil (if using dry basil), if using fresh basil you can add more

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (at least, add more to taste)

  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water (or more)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
